Terms & Agreements
Interpreter's services have a minimum requirement of two hours. If a cancellation is needed, we must receive notice at least 24 hrs before the assignment is due. If an assignment is cancelled on the day that is scheduled, the client will be responsible for 2 hrs of payment. If an interpreter shows up and there is a last minute cancellation, then the client is responsible for 2 hrs of payment plus mileage, and traveling time when applicable.
All assignments must be confirmed prior to service, by signing a contract that will be sent to the client before the scheduled date.
